Seabourn Odyssey
Seabourn Odyssey was built by the Italian company T. Mariotti S.p.A., located in Genoa, Italy and named in Venice. On that occasion, the guests on board for the maiden voyage were all honored as the ship’s godparents, and a plaque with their names was permanently mounted on a wall inside the ship. Seabourn Odyssey was designed by the same architectural team, Petr Yran and Bjorn Storbraaten, who designed the original Seabourn ships.

The ship’s main showroom can accommodate all guests, though it seldom does because of the variety available. Lectures, cooking demonstrations, movies and other gatherings are held here in the daytime. In the evenings, live music for dancing before dinner gives way to vocal production shows, cabaret performances, comedy, and classical recitals, as well as more dancing later.

A stunning round lounge with a square bar and panoramic views. Early Risers’ Coffee and Tea is served here every morning, and piano music makes it a great choice for drinks and conversation before and after dinner.

Seabourn’s innovative “living room” replaces the conventional reception lobby with a welcoming lounge filled with comfortable sofas, easy chairs and cocktail tables.

If dining outdoors is a favorite of yours, visit the Sky Grill. There, Seabourn chefs serve up casual, al fresco fare. The Sky Grill is the perfect place for a delightful lunch as you watch the world pass by from the top level of the ship. Spa & Wellness with Dr. Andrew Weil
Seabourn is pleased to announce in partnership with The Onboard Spa by Steiner, we have created a fleet-wide mindful living program offering guests a holistic spa and wellness experience that integrates physical, social, environmental and spiritual well-being. The new Spa and Wellness with Dr. Andrew Weil program will be the first-ever of its kind at sea.
The new program will be led by the newly established position, The Wellness Guide. The Guide, will be a certified yoga and meditation practitioner who will inspire and educate all guests through various complimentary classes and gatherings throughout the voyage. Guests who choose to participate in this new program will have a cruise experience that is further enhanced by a holistic mind and body perspective. -

Three duty-free shops are arrayed along the starboard side of the walkway.
The Seabourn Shop features shield-emblazoned logo wear. The Boutique offers fashions, cosmetics, scents and designers’ luxury goods. The Collection is a curated selection of fine watches and jewelry including a private showroom for diamonds and other gemstones. -
The Colonnade
The Colonnade is a more casual alternative with indoor/outdoor seating, sumptuous buffets and daily specials for breakfast and lunch. The Colonnade serves regionally-themed, bistro-style dinners with table service nightly aboard Seabourn Odyssey, Seabourn Sojourn and Seabourn Quest.

The Grill by Thomas Keller
Inspired by the classic American chophouse, The Grill focuses on updated versions of iconic dishes. Guests setting foot inside the elegant dining room will be treated to table-side preparations of Caesar salad and ice cream sundaes as well as a range of other steakhouse favorites like Lobster Thermidor and creamed spinach, presented a la carte. The timeless menu will draw on the freshest products from artisan purveyors. A cocktail program and wine list of domestic and old world labels complement the menu.

Aboard Seabourn Odyssey, Seabourn Sojourn and Seabourn Quest, the Patio offers casual poolside dining featuring grilled specialties, salads and sides for lunch and dinner, and freshly baked pizzas throughout the afternoon. Lunches and dinners are offered at the Sky Grill, serving grilled specialties and simple sides.

The Restaurant is a beautiful fine dining venue. Its menus feature a wide variety of delectable choices prepared to your order by our talented chefs. The Restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner on an open-seating basis, inviting guests to dine when, where and with whom they wish.
Restaurant 2
Restaurant 2 is an intimate alternative dining venue serving innovative small- plates tasting menus for dinners nightly. Reservations are required due to limited capacity, but there is no extra charge. On Seabourn Pride, Seabourn Spirit and Seabourn Legend, the indoor/outdoor Veranda Café is transformed into Restaurant 2 in the evenings.
Veranda Café
During the day, the Veranda Café is a popular option for lavish buffet-style breakfasts and lunches enjoyed either indoors or outside overlooking the wake. Choose from a wide variety of hot and cold dishes plus many favorites prepared to your order. The Veranda Café is offered aboard Seabourn Pride, Seabourn Spirit and Seabourn Legend.

In Suite Dining
Seabourn is pleased to offer a varied menu available around the clock for service in your suite. You may also order dinner from The Restaurant menu and have your meal served, course by course, in your suite or on your veranda. -
