Patterson Bay is located between Little Port Walter and Frederick Sound along Alaska’s inside passage. The area boasts lush forest, spectacular views and wildlife. Visitors can view birds, wolves and black bears along the coastline or explore the secluded coves by skiff or kayak. Snorkeling or guided treks are also available.
