*Competition entry and eligibility 1. The Helloworld Travel Lufthansa prize giveaway is open to New Zealand residents who are over the age of 18 years. 2. Employees (and their immediate families) of Helloworld Travel, its subsidiaries, related entities or agencies associated with the promotion are not eligible to participate. 3. The competition commences on 17 February 2025 and concludes at Close of Business on 17 March 2025. 4. To be eligible to win, a participant must purchase either 1 x Economy Class; 1 x Premium Class; or 1 x Business Class airfare during the promotion period, i.e. 17 February – 17 March and have paid in full by 21 March 2025. This airfare must be ticketed on LH/LX/OS/SN paper. Prize details: 1. The prize is an airfare refund to a ‘capped value’ for either 1 x Economy Class; 1 x Premium Class; 1 x Business Class tickets. 2. The capped value of each prize is as follows: 1 x Economy Class $3,000; 1 x Premium Class $5,000; 1 x Business Class $9,000. 3. Where a customer has paid a higher price than the capped value, the prize airfare refund will be only at the capped prize value, i.e. not the higher price paid. 4. The prize is not refundable, not transferable, nor exchangeable and is not redeemable for cash or foreign exchange. 5. Entering the competition constitutes a winner’s consent to be photographed and/or interviewed by Helloworld Travel and for Helloworld Travel to use his or her name and city/town of residence for publicity purposes without compensation. This includes Helloworld Travel’s website, direct and social media channels and PR. Additional terms: 1. By participating in this competition, entrants confirm acceptance and agreement to the terms and conditions of this competition. 2. The promoter of this competition is Helloworld Travel New Zealand Ltd. 3. The decisions of Helloworld Travel on all matters relating to this competition are final and no correspondence will be entered into. Helloworld Travel reserves the right to verify the validity of an entry or a winner’s right to redeem the prize in accordance with these terms and conditions. Helloworld Travel reserves the right to amend the prizes offered and these terms and conditions and in its absolute discretion cancel the competition at any time and without prior notice. 4. The promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury suffered or sustained, as a result of taking part in, the winning of or use of the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. 5.
