GETTING THERE
Flying: Flights operate daily to Gove Airport from Bawaka Experience, East Arnhem Land Tourism NT/Hayley Anderson Bawaka Experience
Cairns and Darwin, both of which connect with
flights from other capital cities.
REGIONAL AIRPORT
Driving: The drive to East Arnhem Land DIRT ROAD
requires a high clearance 4WD vehicle and a free
transit permit from the Northern Land Council Croker ARAFURA SEA
(eastarnhemland.com.au). The best time to travel Island Goulburn
is during the dry season (May to October). The Murganella Islands Gove
journey follows the 675km Central Arnhem Road, Oenpelli Maningrida Galiwinku 1 Peninsula
