                                                           be introduced to the process used to create the unique cider spirits and
                                                           fine apple brandies. Get up close and personal with the copper alembic
                                                           Charentais still – one of a kind in Australia – and taste Apple Spirit and Apple
                                                           Brandy. Return to Hobart fully sated and enjoy a relaxing evening.
