Clients must hold a credit card or approved debit card. Europcar will
pre-authorise a credit card or debit card (not prepaid) for the deposit
amount at the time of collecting the vehicle. The security deposit is
held to cover any additional items identified on return of the vehicle.
All drivers must have a valid driver’s licence issued in their country
of residence, held for at least 12 months. An international driver’s
licence may be required, please check with your travel agent prior to
booking. Young Driver surcharges will apply for drivers under the age
of 25. Drivers under 25 are also restricted in driving certain vehicles.
Age and car type selected will impact surcharge amounts. For further
details, please ask your travel agent at the time of booking.
