Day 1: Zermatt
Arrive Switzerland and enjoy a rail transfer to Zermatt.
Check-in to your accommodation. Spend the rest of
your day at leisure. Check out the old village and the
traditional architecture, visit Zermatlantis (Matterhorn
Museum) or stroll along Bahnhofstrasse.
Day 2: Zermatt (B)
Ascend 3,089 metres above sea level today to summit
Gornergrat. Board the historic Gornergrat Railway to
the viewing platform; here you can experience a unique
alpine panorama with 29 mountains over 4,000 metres
including the incredible Matterhorn. Catch a glimpse Zermatt
of the beautiful Findel Glacier, Gorner Glacier and the
Grenzgletscher.
Day 3: Zermatt (B)
After breakfast, check-out of your accommodation and
continue on to your next destination.
