EGYPT’S MAGICAL PYRAMIDS

Egypt has been on my wish list for many years and
I was lucky enough to travel there recently. I just
loved it: the pyramids at Giza were so close to our
hotel we felt we could almost reach out and touch
them. The Valley of the Kings was amazing and to
be able to walk into the tombs, see the work that
was done and learn about the fascinating culture of
the Ancient Egyptians was an experience that will
stay with me forever.
I enjoyed the Nile cruise and shopping in the
bazaars in Cairo and felt very safe and secure
throughout. Anyone travelling to Egypt should
have a guide; they are all well trained and their
knowledge is outstanding.
