Choose from some of the world’s best known yachts and catamarans to explore the

vessel, you will need to have boating experience and be competent in handling a vessel in most
conditions. Minimum charter period is 5 nights. A minimum security deposit of AUD600 per
vessel is required within 7 days of booking confirmation. Full payment of your holiday must be
made no later than 60 days prior to travel. Queensland Yacht Charters requires a damage waiver
(AUD250 for Oceanis 31 and Fairway 36, AUD350 for Seawind 1000XL, AUD450 for Dufour 412 and
Bali 4.1, AUD550 for FP Maestro 37) to be paid directly on commencement of the charter along
with a signed credit card authority to apply a bond (AUD550 for Seawind 1000XL and Fairway 36,
AUD1000 for Bali 4.1 and FP Maestro 37, AUD1500 for Oceanis 31 and Dufour 412). Outboard fuel
and gas is AUD8 per day. A Great Barrier Reef Marine Park fee of AUD34 per person is to be paid
directly to the operator on commencement of charter.

skipper and hostess, Whitsunday Getaway is an ideal way to escape the crowds
and responsibility of a ‘drive yourself’ charter. There’s no need to study charts or
worry about tides and weather – you go directly and comfortably to the most scenic
locations, including the least crowded beaches and proven quiet safe anchorages.
The small group numbers allow the catamaran to visit pristine locations within the
marine park and see the best of the Whitsunday Islands while avoiding the crowds.
Set sail in style and comfort with fantastic fresh food prepared on board. This sail
specialises in an intimate cruise and is designed for couples and honeymooners to
sail and experience the Whitsundays.
Whitsunday Getaway is a Lagoon 440 sailing catamaran that features four private
cabins with an en suite that are independently air-conditioned. This 13 metre spacious
catamaran offers not only stability but great sailing. She has a huge deck area to relax
on, a comfortable, cushioned forward seating area, a large covered aft deck saloon
and a spacious flybridge with a 360 degree view.
