Day 1: Saigon to Can Tho This morning travel south to
the city of Can Tho. On the way, stop at a unique
Cao Dai temple. On arrival at Cai Be Port, board VIETNAM – MEKONG DELTA
your boat to gain your first glimpse into life on the
Mekong. Visit a local coconut candy workshop,
see the impressive architecture of a century-old
house and enjoy lunch with a local family before
disembarking and continuing on to Can Tho. In Can
Tho, walk through a bustling local market before
relaxing with a cocktail by the river. (L)
Day 2: Can Tho to Saigon Board your boat this
morning and cruise to the fascinating floating market
at Cai Rang. See local farmers trading their produce
on the water as they have done for centuries. Visit a
fruit orchard to sample some of the region’s tropical
fruit and tea. Wander through the local village of
Binh Thuy to gain a taste of village life along one of
the smaller Mekong canals before driving back to
Saigon in the afternoon. (B)

Day 1: Saigon to Can Tho This morning journey
approximately two hours south into the heart of
the Mekong Delta. En route, visit a unique Cao Dai
Temple. At Cai Be Port, board your boat for your
first look at Delta life. Visit a local coconut candy
workshop and admire the impressive architecture
of a century-old house. Stop for lunch with a local
family and visit a nursery before disembarking and
continuing to Can Tho. After checking in at your
hotel, enjoy a late afternoon walking tour. (L)
Day 2: Can Tho Today, discover the fascinating
floating market at Cai Rang by boat. Continue to a
fruit orchard and sample some of the tropical fruits.
Enjoy a relaxing walk through the local village of Binh
Thuy and visit the Khmer Temple, Pothisomrom, in
the town of O Mon. Arrive back at your hotel in time
for lunch. Your afternoon is at leisure. (B)
Day 3: Can Tho to Saigon Enjoy the morning at leisure
before travelling back to Saigon. (B)
