Day 1: Powell River to Klahoose Wilderness Resort (D)
Arrive at Powell River Airport and transfer to Lund, board
a scenic boat ride through Desolation Sound. Upon
arrival, enjoy a traditional welcome song.
Days 2-3: Klahoose Wilderness Resort (BLD)
Prepare for a day of exploration with cultural guides. In
season, witness grizzly bears fishing for salmon in their
natural habitat at Toba Inlet. Outdoor activities such as
kayaking, forest walks and a wood-fired sauna are also
available. Continue your connection with land with a
cultural bathing ceremony and time at leisure. End the
days with an evening cultural sharing and special cedar-
brushing-off ceremony.
Day 4: Klahoose Wilderness Resort to Powell River (B)
Return by boat and transfer to Powell River Airport.
(B = breakfast, L = lunch, D = dinner)

Day 1: Campell River to Knight Inlet Lodge
Arrive independently in Campbell River. The remainder
of the day is at your leisure. Overnight Campell River.
Days 2-3: Knight Inlet Lodge (BLD)
Transfer from Campell River to Knight Inlet by seaplane.
In the afternoon enjoy your first bear viewing tour
(by boat in the spring and summer and on a viewing
platform in the fall) and a sightseeing cruise. The
following day will include additional bear and wildlife
viewing excursions. You will be accompanied on all
excursions by a knowledgeable guide trained in the
local wildlife and natural history of the area. Stay the
next two nights at Knight Inlet Lodge.
Day 4: Knight Inlet Lodge to Campbell River (B)
Participate in a final bear watching excursion and return
to Campbell River by Floatplane.
