                                                                                TE PO COMBO
                                                                                Te Puia is situated in the geothermal valley of Te
                                                                                Whakarewarewa in Rotorua and is a powerful reminder
                                                                                of the earth’s natural force. It’s home of the famous
                                                                                Pohutu Geyser, bubbling mud pools and the New
                                                                                Zealand Maori arts and crafts institute, explore beautiful
                                                                                nature trails and you will even find a New Zealand
                                                                                icon, the Kiwi bird on-site. Discover rich layers of Maori
                                                                                culture, from the land itself to the artworks, the people,
                                                                                stories, traditions and architecture.
                                                                                The knowledge and passion of the guides is often what
                                                                                makes the Te Puia visitor experience so special. Passing
                                                                                on the knowledge and wisdom handed down from their
                                                                                ancestors carries a special pride. At dusk, Te Puia takes
                                                                                on a magical quality in the illuminated thermal valley.

                                                                                of Maori storytelling, entertainment, a sumptuous hangi
                                                                                banquet and a hot chocolate beside a moonlit Pohutu
                                                                                Geyser to end the evening.
