Day 1: Hue
On arrival in Hue, be transferred to your hotel. As the
former imperial capital, this city is filled with relics of a
fascinating past and ancient architecture.
Day 2: Hue
Embark on a full day tour of Hue’s historic monuments,
beginning with the impressive Citadel, home of the
Nguyen Dynasty emperors. Visit the tombs of the
fourth emperor of the Nguyen Dynasty, Tu Duc, and
the second last emperor, Khai Dinh. Enjoy a traditional
lunch at a local restaurant featuring the region’s
speciality dishes. Travel by dragon boat along the
Perfume River to the much-revered Thien Mu Pagoda,
Hue’s oldest and most beautiful. Take the opportunity
to visit Dong Ba market before returning to your hotel.
