Day 1: Hanoi to Ninh Binh
Travel from Hanoi to the beautiful area of Ninh Binh,
often described as ‘Halong Bay on Land’. In Ninh
Binh, take the opportunity to cycle through the
unique scenery and neighbouring villages to the
ancient capital of Hoa Lu to visit the Dinh and Le
Temples. Enjoy a paddle boat ride through the
beautiful karst limestone fringed waterways of Trang
An Eco Region.
Day 2: Ninh Binh to Hanoi
This morning, travel to Phat Diem cathedral
considered to be one of the most beautiful and
famous churches in Vietnam. Explore the cathedral
and the surrounding area before returning to Hanoi
in the afternoon. (B)

Day 1: Hanoi To Sapa
Depart Hanoi and drive five hours to Sapa. This
afternoon enjoy a leisurely guided tour of Sapa and
the colourful local market.
Day 2: Sapa
This morning, drive south towards the Muong Hoa
Valley, the largest terraced rice paddy area in the
Sapa region. Walk through the village of Hau Thao,
home to the Black Hmong minority and observe
their daily life. Drive to the Red Dzao village of
Ta Phin. The Red Dzao are well known for their
embroideries and handicrafts. (B)
Day 3: Sapa To Hanoi
Explore the nearby villages of Sapa town this
morning before returning to Hanoi. (B)
