We hold group allocations for flights to and from Melbourne to ensure availability to our Events. We take no responsibility for the operation of groups with the airlines, this sits solely with the airline company. We do advise your Airline of seat requests, frequent flyer information and client contact details, it is then at the discretion of the Airline as to how they deliver these requirements. - Travel Insurance. *Our preferred travel insurance provider is Allianz. Please speak to our team regarding your best option.
- Hospitality. *Please note children under 12 years are not permitted in hospitality venues.
TRANSFERS
Airport transfers are only provided to those clients who book flights directly with Williment.All coach transfers are based on group movements and may require drop off and pick up at more than one hotel.

This evening you will enjoy a Williment Classic Evening Function.
Monday 4 November
Day at leisure to explore the delights of Melbourne – ask us for recommendations.
Tuesday 5 November
Lexus Melbourne Cup Day! Transfer to Flemington Racecourse and make your way to your Event Space. At the conclusion of the day, Williment will meet you to transfer you back to your Hotel.
Wednesday 6 November
Departure Coach Transfers from your Hotel to Airport.

It is our policy to present the cost of our packages inclusive of all airport and government charges. Please accept however that these charges are not within our control, therefore we reserve the right to pass on any increase. Exchange rate fluctuations are closely monitored however re reserve the right to revise package prices at any time. Valid for travel commenced and completed within the travel dates of the various packages (unless otherwise specified). Prices shown are based on per person costs in New Zealand Dollars for payment by direct bank transfer only. Credit card payments will incur a surcharge. A deposit of $850 per person plus the full cost of flights and hospitality upgrades is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance of payment is required on or before 30 June, 2024. As all payments are non-refundable, we strongly recommend travel insurance.
