Ian Middleton

I joined the staff of The Travel Place early in 2004 after 25 years in the IT Industry and nearly four years later, along with Bill Kwan of our Porirua branch, purchased the business from the charismatic David Graham in September 2007.

I have travelled extensively around Europe, the UK, Australia, New Zealand, Asia, USA & Canada, and particularly enjoyed cruising the Greek Islands and in the South Pacific.

I recently had the privilege of cruising down the Danube on one of the many River Cruise Ships plying the rivers of Europe followed by a short stay in Istanbul.   I would love to pass on my impressions to anyone seeking to do the same so if you are, just pop into the store and ask away.

I enjoy talking to people, especially about their holidays, and receive a great deal of personal satisfaction when they return and tell me how great their holiday was.
