Moving from Sri Lanka to a new country and meeting different cultured people had been challenging yet interesting.

It’s so good to be back in the trade that I love working in and joining the Helloworld team.  After taking time off work for five years and to be working in a country like New Zealand is a dream coming true!

Working in the travel industry for over 15 years has taught me so many things, and it has been impactful and meaningful.  My life has changed ever since.

I’ve had many chances to travel the world (The UK, France, Switzerland, Thailand, Malaysia, China, Singapore, Egypt, Bali…. And the list goes on), meeting new people, learning about their cultures and tasting their food and more.

I believe that travelling around the world shouldn’t be hard. It’s actually something everyone should be able to do at least once in their lives. If you’re the kind of person that dreams big, you’re probably one to reach for new challenges.
