*Competition entry and eligibility 1. The Helloworld Travel ‘Win a Share of $20,000’* prize giveaway is open to New Zealand residents who are over the age of 18 years. 2. Employees (and their immediate families) of Helloworld Travel, its subsidiaries, related entities or agencies associated with the promotion are not eligible to participate. 3. The competition commences on 1 September 2025 and concludes at Close of Business on 20 September 2025. 4. To be eligible to win, a participant must purchase an airfare and/or tour, cruise or accommodation with Helloworld Travel during the promotion period, i.e. 1-20 September and have paid in full by 26 September 2025. 1. The prizes will be drawn under supervision on 3 October 2025 and the Prize Draw Winners advised by 10 October 2025. 2. If no response is received within 14 days, the Prize will be re-drawn. 3. The 4 x $5000 Helloworld Travel Voucher Prizes are non-refundable, non-transferable to another person, and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit. 4. The winner of each prize must use the prize before the Travel Voucher expiry date. 7. Prizes including are non-transferable or exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash. 8. The winner of the prizes will be notified by email or phone (email address provided on the form). 9. Every endeavour will be made to contact the winner. The prizes will need to be claimed by the winner within two (2) weeks after the draw. The Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw if the prize winner is not contactable using the email address provided, or does not reply with two (2) weeks of the draw date. 10. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. All entries become the property of the Promoter. 11. If there is an event beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control which prevents or hinders the conduct of the promotion or the Promoter’s ability to deliver the prize to the winner, then the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel the promotion.
