Wedding Website Conditions of use:
The helloworld wedding website is a complimentary service designed for you to use as your personal and dedicated wedding website. helloworld reserves the right to filter any explicit or inappropriate content provided by you before approving your wedding website to go live. Upon initial registration on helloworld.co.nz/weddings, you will receive confirmation that we have received your registration and we will ask you to provide us with more details about yourself (ie the Wedding Couple). Once you have completed the required fields to finish the set-up of your website, provided the content is suitable, you will receive another confirmation email complete with a unique code specific only to your wedding website. You can distribute this code to whomever you wish to view your plans, make payments to your wedding registry (if you elected to set this up). Please allow up to 5 working days for your website to be completed from the date you supply us with your personal content. If we require further information in order to complete your wedding website we will contact you using the details you provided to us in your initial registration.
Wedding Registry Terms & Conditions:
You the client (ie the Wedding Couple) acknowledge that monies paid to helloworld are on the basis that helloworld should need to arrange certain travel arrangements for you. Contributions will be held in credit by the issuing office as selected by you at the time of setting up your wedding site. The individual values of contributions will not be disclosed to you, only the name of guests contributing & the total contribution tally. Your guests will be required to enter the unique code of your wedding website in order to access your wedding registry to make a contribution. You will therefore need to distribute the unique code to your guests in order for them to make payment. Contributions can be made by bank transfer/deposit or in store with cheque, cash or credit card however credit card contributions may incur an administration fee. Please ensure you provide your unique code to your wedding website to your guests to ensure they have this at hand when paying in store. A receipt will be issued to your contributors for all contributions. You can view your balance at any time by logging into your wedding website at helloworld.co.nz/weddings. Please note that the live contribution tally will only appear once a minimum of $100 has been made in contributions to your registry to protect the privacy of the first contributors. Contributions are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
If you have not already done so, we recommend you discuss your travel plans with your helloworld consultant now to decide on the location, travel & accommodation details of your holiday. Please note in order to make a booking before the closing date of your registry, you will need to provide the required deposit. Take note of final payment conditions. Should you need to pay for your arrangements prior to your wedding registry contributions being received you will be reimbursed by way of a refund from your guest’s contributions. When the final contribution is received from your guests, your helloworld Travel consultant will credit your travel account with the total of all contributions and then inform you of the balance and any outstanding amounts needed to pay for your honeymoon in full. If the cost of your chosen holiday is less than the money in your Gift Registry account, then to use up the excess money you could upgrade your airline class or accommodation or take up a helloworld gift voucher to be used on a future holiday, or we would also suggest converting money into a Mastercard cash passport if you want additional spending money while away. Please note: excess money in the account is not refundable. Once your account has been finalised your travel documents will be presented to you. Should your wedding registry be cancelled by you or not proceed for any reason other than failure to perform on our part helloworld will refund to you in the following ways: a) By way of helloworld gift voucher to the value of the amount then recorded on your wedding registry. Cash refunds to you will not be made. b) A cash refund back to the original contributors. Proof of payment will be required. A booking fee may be deducted to cover any cancellation costs incurred.

Individual values of contributions will not be disclosed to the Bride & Groom, only the name of guests contributing will be given. Please note that the live contribution on the client’s wedding website tally will only appear once a minimum of $100 has been made in contributions to their registry to protect the privacy of the first contributors. Contributions are non-refundable unless stated otherwise. Contributions can be made by bank transfer/deposit or in store with cheque, cash or credit card however credit card contributions may incur an administration fee. Please have the unique code for your Bride & Groom’s wedding website at hand when paying in store or use as a reference on a bank deposit. A receipt will be issued for all in store contributions.
