Flybuys Redemptions  with Helloworld Travel



Please Note:

From 10 December 2024, any Flybuys that have been redeemed through the Flybuys Store for Helloworld Travel vouchers, will have the voucher value converted to Helloworld Travel a e-Gift Card. You will receive notification of the change, and the e-Gift card can be redeemed for travel through a Helloworld Travel Store.

A travel agent service charge applies to all flight bookings.


No fee will be charged to use the eGift Card but Helloworld Travel may charge a discretionary booking fee on its services and products at time you purchase your travel. This booking fee may apply when you pay for your travel with cash by direct credit, when paying with an eGift Card or a combination of cash by direct credit plus eGift Card . Please check whether a booking fee is appliable to your travel situation with your store/agent upon the use of this voucher.

Your eGift Card will expire after 3 years from the date of purchase and cannot be used after expiry. eGift Cards must be used in full, in a single transaction. Change will not be given and any unused amount will be forfeited/will be available until the expiry date.

Your eGift Card cannot be used to purchase foreign currency or be redeemed for cash.

To use your eGift Card, simply present the eGift Card at any Helloworld Travel store or call/email your Helloworld Travel consultant.

Terms and Conditions REDEEMING FLYBUYS FOR TRAVEL: Flybuys, once redeemed through flybuys.co.nz in the form of helloworld Travel vouchers, will be converted to Helloworld Travel e-Gift Cards to use towards your flight, cruise or holiday purchase. helloworld Travel e-Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for foreign exchange, or cash. Helloworld Travel e-Gift Cards are valid for 3 years from their creation date. When booking your holiday travel agent service fees may be applicable. GIFT CARDS: Value is loaded in NZD and cannot be exchanged for another currency. Defaced, mutilated, altered, lost or stolen cards will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed. Redeemable for merchandise or services at participating Helloworld Travel stores in New Zealand only (excluding foreign currency and bookings made online). Not redeemable for cash and cannot be used for payment of credit or retailer accounts; must be redeemed before expiry date shown on card; will be void and cannot be redeemed after expiry date; cannot be reloaded; is partially redeemable.
