I just wanted to send you a quick note regarding Nick. He was absolutely phenomenal when it came to helping me get back to the US. With such short notice and multiple stops along the way, Nick has done a superb job getting me to the US (I just landed in LAX).

He went above and beyond in coming in to the office on Saturday afternoon when I was passing though, helped me find the right place for my pre departure covid test, and honestly made the process so much easier.

I would seriously not be here without his help, and I cannot thank him enough. The best review I can give him is my word that next time I am flying will be coming back to him and Hello World! Over the years we have traveled extensively throughout the world and have dealt with a number of travel providers Hello World Rototuna being our current go too agent.

We have been dealing with Nick for the past few months. We have always found him to be very good, Nick has always delivered a high level of friendly service, he provides great knowledge of the travel industry with excellent fast and efficient turnaround .

With the unprecedented events regarding Covid19 we found ourselves caught up in a rapidly changing situation across the World and New Zealand.

Our bags packed and ready to go the NZ government announced all non essential travel bans, tightened border control and 14 day isolation period on our return.

The dream family holiday was getting very grim. Our destination USA going into lock down, parks, events closing our travel tours canceled and plans all but over. I found myself on hold to the Air New Zealand 0800 number for over 2 hours hoping to speak with someone to help and work out our options.

It was an absolute relief to receive a call from Nick. He was calling us to see if we needed help.

Nick was truly amazing he helped make an extremely stressful time for our family so much better. With clear options and knowledge in front of us we could make an informed decision on the facts that were presented to us, to move our trip forward. We want to acknowledge our sincere thanks and gratitude to Nick. He was our lifesaver at the end of the phone that night. In such unpresented times Nick absolutely went beyond the call of service and it is so very much appreciated.
