Competition Entry and Eligibility 1. This competition is open to New Zealand residents who are over the age of 18 years. 2. Employees (and their immediate families) of Helloworld Travel, its subsidiaries, related entities or agencies associated with the promotion are not eligible to participate. 3. The overall competition period is from 18 November to 13 December 2024. 4. To be eligible to win one of the three Gift Card prizes, a participant must be signed up to receive Helloworld Travel emails. 5. Only those people who are eligible for travel and meet the Government and Airline travel requirements, have the appropriate valid passports, visas and documentation to travel can enter the draw. Prize Details 6. The ‘prize’ is one (1) of three (3) $1,000 Helloworld Travel gift cards to be used towards any travel purchase in-store at your local Helloworld Travel store. The Prize Winners will be determined by a random [computer generated] prize draw on 16 December 2024 at the end of the Promotion Period. The draw will take place at the Promoter’s Head Office located at Level 5, 66 Wyndham Street, Auckland CBD, Auckland 1010 at 10.00am NZT. The Promoter reserves the right to draw additional reserve entries and record them in case an ineligible entrant is drawn. The Prize Winners need not be present at the draw. 8. If the winners do not contact Helloworld Travel within seven (7) days of being announced, they will forfeit the right to the prize. The prize will then be re-drawn, and another winner will be announced. 9. The Prize Winners will be contacted by the Promoter via email or telephone beginning on Monday 16 December 2024 or as soon as possible thereafter. 10. The ‘prize’ is not refundable, not transferable, nor exchangeable and is not redeemable for cash or foreign exchange. 11. Entering the competition constitutes a winner’s consent for Helloworld Travel to use his or her name and city/town of residence for publicity purposes without compensation. Additional terms 12.
