Carry-on/Cabin Baggage Allowance

Size limitations
- maximum dimension per pieces: 56 ×45 × 25 cm (22 × 18 × 10 in) and the maximum sum of the dimensions does not exceed 115 cm (45 in).
Quantity
- 1 piece, maximum weight of 7 kg.
Carry-on luggage must be of such a size and shape that it can be stowed beneath the seat or in the overhead luggage bin. Based on the type of aircraft or the space available in the cabin for storing luggage, there are sometimes additional restrictions. Occasionally passengers are asked to turn over large carry-on items when boarding the aircraft; these are returned immediately when disembarking from the aircraft.

Checked Baggage Dimensions

The sum of the length + width + height of the bag should be 158 cm (62 inches) or smaller inclusive of handle, pockets and wheels. The maximum weight of any piece of checked baggage is 32 kg (70 lb).

Student / Ethnic fare - International Routes: 30 kg (66 lb)
From Japan to Indonesia or vice versa: 30 kg (66 lb) for round-trip ticket and 40 kg (88 lb) for one-way ticket.
Entertainer / Labor / Ship's crew and trainer fare: 30 kg (66 lb)
Infants paying 10% of fare - Within Indonesia: Additional allowance of 1 checked or carry-on fully collabsible stroller or infant carrying basket or infant car seat.

This excess baggage rate reference shall be applicable on GA sector(s) when it is operated by GA aircraft only. GA flight numbers operated by other carriers under codeshare, joint operation or other similar cooperation with other carriers are excluded from this publication. Please refer to the operating carrier's agreed special rate or applicable IATA rules for excess baggage rates.
