Note: The airline may have partnerships with other airlines and your flight may be operated by another airline. For journeys to/from the U.S., the baggage allowances of the airline that ticketed the first segment of your travel should apply throughout your travel. For travel that does not involve the U.S., you should check with the operating airline for information about their baggage allowances; the other airline's baggage allowances may be more restrictive and you could be charged for extra baggage by the other airline.
Carry-on/Cabin Baggage Allowance
- Economy class - restricted to one (1) piece per passenger, weighing under 7kg (15 lb.).
- Business Class - restricted to two (2) pieces per passenger, weighing under 7kg (15 lb.).
- The maximum dimensions should not exceed 115 cm (56 cm x 36 cm x 23 cm) or (22 x 14 x 9 inches).
- It must fit into an overhead bin or under your seat.
Checked Baggage Dimensions
The sum of the length + width + height of the bag should not exceed 158 cm (62 in).
Additional Free Baggage Allowance Information
- Infants under 2 years of age for travel within Asia and to/from Europe/Australia are allowed up to 10 kg. of checked baggage. For routes to/from/via the US/Canada/US territories are allowed 1 bag with a max weight of 23 kg. (50 lb.) plus one collapsible stroller. The maximum dimension may not exceed 115 cm (45 in).
