Turkey has been on my bucket list for a long time, so hubby Greg and I decided to tick it off the list October 2025. It definitely didn’t disappoint, and we both agreed we will be heading back to explore more of Istanbul one day.

In Vancouver for a conference, I realized I had not allowed myself enough time in this absolutely beautiful city. Downtown Vancouver has the small city vibe that you get from Wellington, everything feels so close and it is so easy to explore by bike or by foot.

I have to admit, I have been to Los Angeles a lot, as we have family there. However I have never ventured outside the main touristy areas, and on this trip to Palm Springs, I regretted not having done it before!

Tracey takes her father on an amazing trip of Peru and Chile, ticking Machu Picchu off their bucket list, and cruising onboard the Scenic Eclipse 2 through the wonders of South America. Culture, history, wildlife, surf beaches, bustling markets, folk singers, stunning architecture and excellent food, this trip had it all!
