Bali Bliss- Tash swims with giants!

Tash tells us all about her trip to Bali and swimming with Mantas

Having been raised with the belief that “the world is your oyster,” I set out on my first solo journey despite the rest of the world closing down in 2020. This ignited a passion for exploration and a love of travel., fast forward to 2024 and I found myself enroute to Bali.

This was one of the most unforgettable holidays I have been on.  I was lucky enough to have the opportunity to swim with manta rays off the coast of Nusa Penida. It was nothing short of surreal—their majestic, graceful movements in the turquoise water left me in awe.

Beyond the natural wonders, I was equally captivated by Bali’s vibrant culture. From colourful temples to the warm smiles of the locals, every moment offered a glimpse into a way of life that felt both grounding and inspiring.

I particularly enjoyed a quad bike excursion that we did in Ubud allowing us to see a variety of temples in the area.

Bali awakened a sense of adventure in me that continues to grow with every new destination.
