Prize flights are on United Airlines for ‘Flights to anywhere on the United Airlines network’, Qantas ‘Flights to Samoa’ or Fiji Airways for ‘Flights & 4 Nights in Fiji’ prize, operated services only, departing either Auckland, Wellington or Christchurch and prize winners must travel together on the same flights in both directions. Stopover or stopovers within transit are not permitted unless specified. Flights are subject to availability at time of booking. Travel must be commenced and completed by 30 April 2027. Travel not permitted over special events, public or school holidays for any prize, and is at the discretion of airlines and accommodation providers involved. 10. Singapore Airlines ‘Win Your Flights Back’ prize is an airfare refund to a ‘capped value’ for Economy Class tickets. The capped value of the prize is as follows: Two x Economy Class tickets to value of NZ$3,000 per person (total NZ$6,000). Where a customer has paid a higher price than the capped value, the prize airfare refund will be only at the capped value, i.e. not the higher price paid. 11. Prizes including are non-transferable or exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash. Travel is not eligible for any frequent flyer accrual, upgrades, companion redemption or credit of tier status. 12. The winner of the travel prize will be notified by email or phone (email address provided on the form). 13. Every endeavour will be made to contact the winner. The prizes will need to be claimed by the winner within three (3) weeks after the draw. The Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw if the prize winner is not contactable using the email address provided, or does not reply with three (3) weeks of the draw date. 14. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. All entries become the property of the Promoter. 15. If there is an event beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control which prevents or hinders the conduct of the promotion or the Promoter’s ability to deliver the prize to the winner, then the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel the promotion. Furthermore, the Promoter may at its sole discretion recommence the promotion under the same conditions. 16.
