Competition Entry and Eligibility 1. This competition is open to New Zealand residents who are over the age of 18 years. 2. Employees (and their immediate families) of Helloworld Travel, its subsidiaries, related entities or agencies associated with the promotion are not eligible to participate. 3. The overall competition only applies to customers who registered and attend the Cruise Expo. 4. To be eligible to win one of the two Gift Card prizes, a participant must have registered via the Eventfinda page: https://www.eventfinda.co.nz/2026/helloworld-travel-st-heliers-expo/auckland prior to the event. 5. Only those people who are eligible for travel and meet the Government and Airline travel requirements, have the appropriate valid passports, visas and documentation to travel can enter the draw. 6. The ‘prize’ is one (1) of two (2) $1,000 Helloworld Travel gift cards to be used towards any travel purchase in-store at Helloworld Travel St Heliers only. 7. The Prize Winners will be determined by a random [computer generated] prize draw on 20 March 2026 at the end of the Promotion Period. The draw will take place at helloworld Travel St Heliers, 41 St Heliers Bay Rd. The Promoter reserves the right to draw additional reserve entries and record them in case an ineligible entrant is drawn. The Prize Winners need not be present at the draw. 8. If the winners do not contact Helloworld Travel within seven (7) days of being announced, they will forfeit the right to the prize. The prize will then be re-drawn, and another winner will be announced. 9. The Prize Winners will be contacted by the Promoter via email or telephone beginning on 20 March 2026 or as soon as possible thereafter. 10. The ‘prize’ is not refundable, not transferable, nor exchangeable and is not redeemable for cash or foreign exchange. 11. Entering the competition constitutes a winner’s consent for Helloworld Travel St Heliers to use his or her name and city/town of residence for publicity purposes without compensation.
