It is our policy to present the cost of our holidays inclusive of all airport and government charges. Please accept however that these charges are not within our control, therefore we reserve the right to pass on any increase. Travel agent professional service fees where charged, will be additional to the advertised prices. Sales valid to 31 July 2025, unless sold out prior. Prices are per person (pp), in New Zealand Dollars, and include port charges and any savings where applicable. For payment by cash, cheque or eftpos only. Credit card sales not permitted unless travel agent acts as merchant. Events beyond our control such as currency fluctuations & changes to the price of aviation fuel may result in price variations. A deposit of 10% per person is required within 7 days of booking to hold your spot. Deposit is refundable until 31 July 2025. All payments are non-refundable if cancelled after 31 July 2025. Full payment is due no later than 05 February 2026. Strict cancellation fees apply. Deviations to the flight components are limited and are on request, subject to availability, charges will apply. No changes to flight components are permitted once booked – any changes will require a new ticket to be purchased by the traveller at an additional cost. No shows are non-refundable. Airfare upgrades to Premium Economy, Business or First are subject to availability, charges apply, please enquire for pricing. Airfares are ex Auckland, travel requiring an overnight stay in New Zealand will be at passenger’s own expense. Deviations to any accommodation included as part of the tour are not permitted, however in the unlikely event we can’t provide the confirmed accommodation, we reserve the right to relocate the group to an alternative hotel of a similar standard in the same locality. Group is fully hosted ex New Zealand. Tour operates subject to minimum numbers. Itinerary and costs are subject to change.
