No changes to flight components are permitted once booked – any changes will require a new ticket to be purchased by the traveller at an additional cost. No shows are non-refundable. Airfare upgrades to Premium Economy, Business or First are subject to availability, charges apply, please enquire for pricing. Airfares are ex Auckland, travel requiring an overnight stay in New Zealand will be at passenger’s own expense. Deviations to any accommodation included as part of the tour are not permitted, however in the unlikely event we can’t provide the confirmed accommodation, we reserve the right to relocate the group to an alternative hotel of a similar standard in the same locality.
