I recently had to go overseas for medical reasons on very short notice. I emailed Rohan from previous dealings with HelloWorld. He replied very quickly and was able to sort everything out from travel to accommodation to transfers. Whilst I was overseas we had to sort out airport medical help to get wheelchairs and assistance. We emailed Rohan and he was able to sort everything out for us again on short notice.
