We have recently returned from a long-awaited (COVID-delayed) trip around Europe and were assisted by Katie from Helloworld Tauranga Crossing who was absolutely outstanding!
We not only had our International flights booked, we also had tickets on Domestic Flights, Trains, Ferries, Cruise Ships, Private Drivers and Rental Cars. Katie also organised accommodation and Tours for us in many different countries.
We are absolutely amazed that we did not have one Hiccup! Katie was amazing to work with and also advised us on many different aspects of our trip – information that was invaluable.

Hello Helloworld. This morning, my day my day was turning absolutely homocidal. I work for a US company and needed to book travel TODAY for a business trip in May that my wife is tagging along for, as we're having an Italian escape afterwards. Trying to use our Corporate travel portal to book flights from NZ to Barcelona, then on to Italy was only slightly less painful that a rusty garden fork in the eye. I decided to visit my local travel agent, only to be told that they couldn't serve me until Tuesday of next week - regardless of the urgency of my needs. I was polite. I walked away. A friend suggested I call this guy Steve and see if he could calm my seething rage. This man deserves more than a medal. A whole chest full of medals would still not suffice. Hell, give him a condo in the Bahamas - whatever you do, it won't be enough. My wife and I now have a booked-and-paid itinerary for our first trip outside NZ since 2008. Go you good thing, go. Steve is now on speed dial.

As a couple of retirees, traveling in the aftermath of Covid times, we were very nervous to be embarking of a trip to Washington State and Alaska. Helloworld, although not responsible for all our travel once in America, took care of all the documentation issues, leaving and returning to NZ, guiding me through the process and explaining procedures. I appreciated Steve's assurances that we would not regret our decision to go to our grand-daughter's wedding and meet our great grand-daughter for the first time - Awesome, Thank you very much.

Steve is an absolute legend. I booked my first holiday in wait for it.... 14 years, so was naturally a little nervous. I could not have asked for a better agent to organise this long awaited trip. Steve booked our flights to Fiji, accommodation and transfers and everything went without a hitch. He also offered the handy tip to ask our transfer driver to stop at a local supermarket and liqour store (saving us $$$$$$$$) on resort drinks and snacks. Flooding at Auckland airport could have thrown everything out but no. Now to plan my next trip with Steve. :)
